Mangasm (“we”, “us”) operates the Mangasm iOS application and this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account data: sign-in identifier (e.g. Apple ID token), display name, age affirmation timestamp.
• Profile data you provide: photos, bio, interests, optional sensitive fields (hidden by default until you opt in).
• Usage & safety: reports, blocks, consent logs, reputation signals.
• Purchases: subscription status via Apple In-App Purchase (we do not store card numbers).
• Location: coarse neighbourhood-level zones only — we do not display raw precise coordinates to other members.

What we do not do

• Sell personal data to data brokers.
• Run third-party advertising networks inside the app.
• Collect health data (HIV status was removed from the product entirely).

Legal basis & retention

We process data to provide the service, ensure safety, and comply with law. You may delete your account in-app; deletion removes your profile and cascades associated data except where retention is required by law.
